How Does Delivery Work? We offer same-day dispatch on business days. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us at support@bebebiu.com so we can follow up with the courier.

Express Shipping rates vary by country and order value. Exact rates are displayed at checkout after entering your shipping address.

Duties & Taxes If applicable, import duties and taxes will be shown clearly at checkout — there are no hidden fees. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes in their country. Please note that BebeBiu does not profit from these fees; they are paid directly to customs authorities.

Warehouses We have warehouses in North America, Europe, and Asia. We will ship from the closest warehouse to your location to ensure the most efficient delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check that your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order. If an order is delayed or lost due to an incorrectly provided address, BebeBiu is not liable. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the item. We reserve the right to ask you to wait up to 28 business days before we resend the item.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages We offer Green Shipping Protection at checkout for customers in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, and Ireland. If you purchased this protection, you can submit a claim through our Track Order page or by emailing support@bebebiu.com.
