Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is free of charge for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
For hygiene and safety reasons, baby and infant items — including bibs, pacifier clips, and sleep sacks — are not eligible for return if the original packaging has been opened or if the item has been used in contact with an infant. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us before opening the packaging.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@bebebiu.com.
